Incident management

A reality when distributing and handling chemicals across Africa is that potential incidents are inevitable. All measures are taken to ensure that risks are mitigated as far as possible however it is critically important that when an incident occurs, that it is managed professionally and appropriately.

Where our business is operating either on a supply and distribution basis or where we are operating warehouses or plants (vendor managed operations), incident management is practiced and part of a daily discipline.

Our business has a formal internal incident management program where each incident is professionally managed and dealt with.

Incident Management is also extended to include spillage management, desk top emergency drills as well as full scale emergency drills coordinated and facilitated by our team for specific supply chains where significant risk has been identified. (This service is extended to preferred customers).
